I am the new manager of a team, and I need Moderator access to the private team forum. What should I do?

Why can't I fire my inactive player? He's been inactive for more than 14 days.

If you paid 6,000,000 (or more) for a player, you cannot terminate his contract during the season, you must wait until the end of the season. If you paid less than 6,000,000 for an inactive player, and still cannot terminate his contract, please contact the GM team.

It should also be noted that player can only be fired on the Monday/Tuesday AFTER the 14th day of inactivity.

I have a player who never plays games, or posts in the forums, but keeps logging on occasionally, which means I cannot fire him. Can you fire him for me?

No, unfortunately not. We cannot intervene in 'termination' situations which involve active users. Any user who logs on to the site within 14 days is deemed active. We would advise that you send him a private message, advertise him on the forums, and try to find him a more suitable team. Chances are there's a language barrier - try contacting a Moderator who maybe able to assist on translation issues.

If you're still experiencing problems with the player, and believe the user is in breach of rule 3h, please contact the GM team.
